Where's linux.cf for InterViews?

Where's linux.cf for InterViews?

i downloaded iv31bin (and lib) from sunsite. the binaries all work
fine. however, when i try to use ibuild (ie on the sample Clock app)
i notice that /usr/local/interviews/config/InterViews/iv-linux.cf
refers to a file linux.cf that isnt there (ie in parent dir).
 where is it/how do i make it?

1. Linux Distro with Support for CF-28/CF-29 Panasonic Toughbook TouchScreen?

Does anyone know if any Linux Distro has support for the touchscreen on
a Panasonic toughbook?  Alternatively has anyone managed to get a CF-28
or CF29 touchscreen working by patching the kernel with any of the
modules out there and if so can you provide procedure.
