HLA v1.34 is now available

Sorry to those who just downloaded v1.33.... :-)

I've just uploaded HLA v1.34 to Webster.
It contains a few bug fixes plus some important
feature additions needed for those who are reading
the chapters of my new text "Writing Linux Device
Drivers in Assembly Language".  If you just downloaded
v1.33 and you found that painful, you can probably wait
for version 1.35 to appear (give me a couple of weeks).
Beth has suggested some new stuff already and working
on the Linux Device Drivers text always uncovers new
problems and the need for new features.

You can find HLA v1.34 on Webster at
http://webster.cs.ucr.edu

New features include considerable control over the
alignment of fields within a record,
A couple of new compile-time functions,
MASSIVE enhancements to the linux.hhf header file(s).
Several bug corrections.

Other than the bug corrections, not much new for Windows
users.

Due to a horrendous bug in HLA v1.34,
I've just uploaded a new version with a bunch of
defect corrections and a few new features.
My apologies to those who downloaded HLA v1.34
and couldn't use it.

HLA is the High Level Assembler for x86 platforms.
It is available from http://webster.cs.ucr.edu.
Full documentation, including a University level
textbook on assembly language programming
is also available on Webster.
