Probably in your Linux distribution. All good newsreaders for Linux are
console-mode. Look for tin, GNUS (which is part or emacs or xemacs) or
slrn. Pine mailreader also would do. (Note that xemacs doesn't stand for
Emacs for X-window. It stands for eXtended Emacs)
