Any VLSI CAD tools for Linux

I know that Magic and Spice have been ported for Linux
and are available in some ftp sites.

Are there any other VLSI CAD tools, such as crystal,
cif2ps, fsm2oct, expresso, oct2cif, and misII, ported
for Linux also?

Any pointer for me to obtain such executables would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is alliance - it is Free and has a port to linux.
It supports a subset of vhdl - logical simulation, synthesis, etc.
It is about 50MB - I have managed to reduce the package to ~12MB by using
dynamic linking (It's not trival) and compressed man pages.
For some reason they are not interested in my optimizations
(They simply ignore mail).

I don't remember the location, try archie.
If you can't find it, mail me, and I'll dig the location for you
(If I still have it written somewhere).

Hope This helps

There is an LSM entry for chipmunk.

There is Ocean (I haven't tried that though).
