server.

I'm a general advocate of open source software, and that's why I hang
out here. I embrace various open source OSes, although I prefer FreeBSD.

This (c.o.l.a.) is as good as any if you keep an up-to-date killfile. It
does take a lot of plonking to knock the signal-to-noise ratio down to a
tolerable level, and it seems to be a neverending task. I spend as much
time adding new bozos to Pan's filter rules as I spend posting.

But it's worth it; in a field of bullshit a few beautiful flowers grow.
