Long time ago AT&T's USL sued UC Berkeley that plaintiff ended up paying
defendant's legal expenses.

What if same thing happen plaintiff to pay defendants' legal expenses,
will they still be around?

Obviously Microsoft is interested to acquire UNIX copyright, is SCO only
enticing IBM to buy the UNIX copyright from them before Microsoft bid?
