Proposal

Let's do not answer to stupidities posted just like the last ones made
by Tim Palmer. It is wasting our time. To be clear, answer Tim if he does
post something answerable or even he expects answers at all, if that's not
the case, just no comments at all. Nothin personal Tim, just can't believe
that you yourself believe your no sense postings.

In other words, "don't feed the troll".  Which is always good advice.
Whenever anyone posts something so blatantly out of touch with
reality, there's always the urge to post a rebuttal (especially since
they make it so easy), but resisting the urge and adding them to
one's killfile is always the better option.  "LINUX SUXZZZ!" isn't
going to sway any opinions no matter how many times someone posts it.

That way the bandwidth can be better spent arguing other, somewhat
more rational, topics.

1. More than 64Meg - a proposal

To eliminate the most FAQ why can, for 2.0.34, a message not be
printed, when 64 megs is detected, that 'If you have more than 64 megs
installed please do this...'?

How difficult would that be? A small stopgap until the next
'non-64meg blind' kernel is released.
