2.1.123 - no include/linux/kerneld.h

Where is kerneld.h?  To compile modutils-2.1.85 with recent kernels I have to
copy kerneld.h from older kernel include directories (like 2.0.x or 2.1.76).  At
what time did we loose or what is the new location?

cheers

kerneld has been ditched for quite awhile now.  instead, the kernel just
forks off modprobe on it's own.

Didn't you notice the 'modutils-2.1.121' package when you picked up that
2.1.123 kernel ?

This happened on 2.5.37 with KDE artsd and OSS sound drivers.
