1. AS 200 4/233 won't boot - unknown LED code

I have an AlphaStation200 4/233 that has been running Linux fine until
the other day when it crashed on me. I rebooted and I don't get any beep
codes but the console doesn't start either. The LED codes I have are all
8 bits are lit except bit 1 and bit 3 which are off(yes - 1 and 3 are
off). My alphastation manual does not list what this error code means -
anyone have an idea what hardware to try replacing?

The most recent peice of HW I put into the system was a used PCI VGA
card which I switch back to my original ISA VGA card with no luck.

I've heard that the power supplies in the Multias often fail - should I
try getting a new power supply?
