hi,

i know what used to be the kernel development mailing list is now a
closed list. however, i found the archive of the old list very helpful
in sorting out problems. is an archive of the new mailing list
available?

No, the kernel list isn't closed.  Just mail majordomo at vger.rutgers.edu,
you can subscribe to the linux-kernel list.  It's pretty high traffic,
though, maybe 50-100 per day.
