XF86Config for LCD display?

Hi,
who can mail me a valid XF86Config file for the Card
Chips & Technologies ct6x554? (2 MByte RAM)

The LCD-monitor (MCF 3501 from Siemens Nixdorf)
has a resolution of 1024x768.

What frequencies have to be inserted (horiz/vert)?
These things should be irrelevant for lcd-displays.

1. XF86Config for 15" LCD display and Geforce DDR-DVI

I try to find an XF86Config file for my Hercule
Prophete II DDR - DVI and my SlimView S530 LCD
display which work perfecly under Win98.
I loose my screen doc.

Using nvidia server everithing work under 800x600
but under 1024x768 I have a 3 inch zone at the down
left corner of my screen which are duplicated and
get out of shape.

If you have some idea or pointer I will be glade
