This patch adds help texts for CONFIG_SERIAL_TX3912,
CONFIG_SERIAL_TX3912_CONSOLE, CONFIG_AU1000_SERIAL_CONSOLE,
CONFIG_AU1000_UART, CONFIG_EUROTECH_WDT to drivers/char/Config.help.
