'spurious APIC interrupt' - Dell PowerEdge 1400

Running into a problem with one of our Dell PowerEdge 1400 servers.
We see these messages very rarely, but after they show up the machine
goes into a really odd state:

Mar 26 09:37:27 maul kernel: spurious APIC interrupt on CPU#1, should never happen.
Mar 26 09:37:27 maul kernel: unexpected IRQ vector 216 on CPU#1!

Basically things seem to only kinda work.  My guess is that possibly one of
the CPUs has been shut down or similar and so half the processes are getting
kind of 'stuck'.

Any thoughts?  dmesg follows, more information availible upon request,

1. FreeBSD on Dell PowerEdge 1400

Hi,

I'm reasonably new to FreeBSD - and I want to setup two DNS servers.
I'm going to use Dell PowerEdge 1400's as our corporate standard is to
use Dell.

Dell UK at least don't support FreeBSD though - which isn't a big
problem as I'm only interested in hardware support from them. I've
looked over the specs of the server and I think everything will work
fine except I'm not sure about the SCSI card that is integrated into
the mainboard.

The site says:
"The PowerEdge 1400 comes with embedded Ultra3 (U160) LVD dual channel
SCSI. Additional controllers are available factory-configured to your
chosen RAID level if applicable."

Does anyone know if this is compatible or if there are any other issues
I should be aware of?
