I thought changing pci_ids.h should be a separate patch..
But there is the patch again with the #ifdef CISSC removed, and
pci_ids.h included.

The following patch adds support for the SA641, SA642 and SA6400
controllers to the cciss driver in the 2.2.20 tree.
