I got this during boot. Kernel 2.5.45-bk1,
compiled with gcc 2.95.4, SMP+preempt
The machine has 2 scsi disks and a
tekram controller.

RAID0 does that.  Are you using raid?

I use both raid-1 and raid-0.
Both seems to work when using 2.5.45, but
I got that BUG.
