I am new to PPC development, just wondering does PPC has
something like cmd in Win2000 or dos command prompt in 98?
The reason I am asking is because I have a program that
accepts command in command prompt in Win 2000, so I am
trying to execute it with the same mean.

no, PPC does not have a command prompt. It is also not possible to create at
console application under PPC.

actually, you can launch programs with command parameters...
hold down the "action" button (center of the d-pad) and tap 'n hold on the
clock. when you release the button you get a "run" option in the popup menu.
works on my ppc2002 ipaq.

If you hold down the action button and hold the stylus on
the clock in the top left hand corner, you will get a run
menu. This is similar to the cmd prompt in win2000.
I have only tested this on my Casio EG-800 which does not
have PPC 2002
