Is there any possibility or tool to convert documents in the eBook .rb
format to the MS reader .lit format?

If the .rb extension belongs to Rocket eBooks, you need to contact the
publisher of the books. Most publishers are using a common source file
format so that they should be able to provide Reader eBooks quickly and
without much work other than running them through ReaderWorks.

Yes, but it requires a little bit of work.

The steps are:

1) FIrst go to http://www.clari.net/~wayne/rb.html and download the rbburst tool.
This will split unlocked rocket books into their component files. You need to
have perl installed in order to use this tool. Perl can be found at
www.activestate.com.

2) Then just use the free tools at www.overdrive.com to create the ebook.

All these tools are free, and all are pretty easy to install and use.
