Tap Start, Settings, Connections, Connections and then tap the Dialing
Locations tab and check the Dialing Patterns to make sure there are entries
in the Local Calls and Long Distance calls fields.

There is no info in these locations. If my ISP's phone
number is 321-250-1000, and 10 digit dialing is required,
what should be on each of these lines to make this happen.
