We have been retained by a 4 year old, pre-IPO e-commerce software
company.  This highly successful company is seeking a Director level
individual whose strengths are operations/networks, management and
client focus (internal and external).  The individual will provide
technical and tactical direction to maximize efficiency and deliver
world call service.  Ensure redundancy and high availability at the
network level, system level and application level in a web-based
environment.  Manage a technical team from 10 to 20 with the hands on
know how expected in a smaller company.

The successful candidate should have:

Five or more years of progressive technical manage with emphasis in
operations management and data center facilitates management.

Proven track record in a growth oriented service bureau environment
supporting customers

Must have provided leadership in a 24 x 7 mission critical environment
with systems and applications available over 99.9% and understanding
what it takes to get to 99.999%.

Must have ability to work with multiple hardware vendor to provide
world class cost effective and high quality services.  The company
offers asp services to clients.
