Hi,
I've installed inn on a new server to replace the old news server, it
works well, but I have to get all the old articles of the old server to
put them in the new !
How can I do ?
Are those versions compliant ?

Can't you make the new one a downstream server temporarilyQuote:> I've installed inn on a new server to replace the old news server, it

i'd suggest using 2.3.2 or 2.3.3, but 1.7.2-insync-1.1d is workable.Quote:>Are those versions compliant ?

the history and overview files are completely different. if you load the
new server using a feed they don't matter, as they are built by the
receiver as they articles are received, and both follow the nntp spec so
all should be well. if you want to transfer the spool by copying the files
then you'll have to rebuild the databases manually.
