Is there a limit of 2 GB for the maximum filesystem size in SunOS 4.1.3?

If so, is there a way to increase it?

Yes, tehre is such a limit.

What is ODS 1.0 and where can it be obtained, is it commercial or public
domain?

It stands for Online Disk Suite, and it's a commercial package
available from Sun.
