professionals to leading-edge companies, is currently recruiting Applications
Engineers for opportunities in Austin, Texas, and Sunnyvale, CA.
Our client, a leading developer and marketer of high-performance software
solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, is experiencing growth and seeking
gifted individuals to join its applications engineering team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience with UNIX operating
systems, writing Perl scripts, programming in C++, and familiarity with
Windows NT environments. Individual will also have experience with SQL
servers and must demonstrate excellent communications skills. A Bachelor of
Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individual will provide pre- and post-sales support and system training for
customers domestically and internationally. Individual will run system demos
and benchmark performances, and work with engineering on defining new product
features based on customer requirements. Individual must be able to travel up
to at least 50% of the time.
