Users, Groups, Administration

Sorry if this is a redundant question.

I am looking for a good source for learning more about User Administration
on AIX 5 or Unix in general.  All I can find is fairly general.  I want to
understand better the concepts of Group Administration , effect of being in
a group or not,  AIX roles in 5.1 , are they effect and do the work
correctly...  etc...

I need more detailed explanations than I have been able to find.

I appreciate any help anyone can share.

Robert

Google may help.

Aslo, look at http://www.redbooks.ibm.com and
http://www.ibm.com/shop/publications/order which have all IBM's guides
and publications.

I have just been reading "essential system administration" by aeleen frish
it does discuss the most common un*x variants including AIX.

Learning "the generic" way is imho a far better approach then starting
with vendor-specific stuff, since that might tint you brain.
