Complete backup of system

Hello,

I have been asked to look after a Unixware 1.1 system.
The first thing I want to do is get a full syatem backup, on 150M tapes,
so that if the disk failed I could add a new disk and restore the
system from tape, without going through an installation and setup.

I would appreciate a detailed description of what I need to do
and how I check the backup is good as I am pretty new to Unix system admin.

Below is the output from the df and prtvtoc commands.
I do not wish to backup the filesystem /.Netware and /em/emusers
