Xterminal and xlock

Post by Somckit Khemmanivan » Sat, 21 Mar 1998 04:00:00

Hi,

Does anybody know the exact reason why xlock will not lock my NCD
X-terminal's display. I know xpadlock will do it. Why wont xlock.

The man page for xlock wasn't clear on this subject.

Thanks.

I believe you must use the '-remote' option for xlock to work

I believe the -remote option will solve your problems.
e.g. xlock -remote [other options...]
