Usage accounting

Usage accounting

My office is looking for a system accounting package that will run on SCO
Unix 3.2v4.2.  We'd like the package to track CPU utilization, disk usage,
and connect time.  Any suggestions?

1. Is there a cpu usage accounting system?

Is there a cpu usage accounting program standard with BSD Unix 4.3?  Note,
I'm not talking about "sa" or "ac" which don't track how many CPU hours/
minutes/seconds a user has exhausted.

If there isn't one standard, has anyone written such a program?
