Does anyone have experience with a tool to manage off-hours support
coverage?  Ideally, I'd like something that's web-based, and keeps
track of who is on call for what, when.  Clickable "page on call person
for (problem)" would be nice, but not all that necessary.

Any personal experience with tools of this nature?  I see a few when
digging around with google, but I'd like to hear first-hand
opinions if possible.
