Hello.  I'm looking for advice on sources of information regarding unix
adminstration.  Books, READMEs on the internet, etc. are needed.

I will not be apprenticed, or anything like that, I'm jumping right in.  
And, to be perfectly honest with you, I'm happy as a clam 8^)

Wierd! ;)  Anyway, to an AIX newbie I'd say learn how to use SMIT.
Secondly, forget how to use SMIT.  It's just powerfull enough to make
the inept dangerous.  Read up on LVM (logical volume stuff).  Read in
comp.unix.aix.  Don't touch the ODM.
