Management protocol and/or network management platforms. Tivoli product
specialist providing high level support to applications development groups
integrating Tivoli and our client's applications. Software support across
variety of platforms including UNIX and WINNT. High level support, investigating
problems and taking action. Improving overall quality of systems management.
Act as customer representative to development groups.
Help team implement Tivoli products across multiplatform environ. Work
to ensure that products are accurately documented and that training meets
end user needs.Participate in installation, configuration, and devt. of
distributed object-oriented systems. Test beta software and new releases.
