The proxy server could not handle this request.
Reason: Could not connect to remote machine
I'm using apache 1.1b4 and the proxy module. HTTP proxy works just fine,
but I can't get ftp to work. Any ideas? I'm wondering if anyone else has
gotten caching ftp to work.

1. Apache Proxy -- cache statistics (%full, cache-hit-rate)?
I've set up Apache with the caching proxy but can find no way to
determine statistics like how full the cache is, the cache hit rate,
etc.
Is this information available and how?
