Help: Server-Side Include on Apache 1.1b2/linux1.3.54

Hi,

I am having problem in enabling Server-Side Include feature
on Apache 1.1b2 httpd running on a linux 1.3.54 platform.

I have the following lines on srm.conf:
=======================================
AddType text/html .htm .html .shtml
AddHandler server-parsed .htm .html .shtml

and in access.conf:
===================
Options Includes ExecCGI MultiViews

-----
What have I missed out ?

Many thanks,

1. Server Side Includes on Apache 1.1b2

I've got this up and running, however I cannot get server side includes
to work at all. The following works fine on 1.0.3

<!--#exec cmd="/usr/bin/uptime"-->

But I get nothing from the same peice of html on 1.1b2.

I have this in my srm.conf:

# To use CGI scripts:
AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

# To use server-parsed HTML files
AddType text/html .shtml
AddHandler server-parsed .shtml

Anyone had this? Or anyone know if I've done something wrong. I have
the include module in my apache binary.

Thanks.

Neil.
