Well right off the bat, Ill tell you that you have a DNS table problem. Lets
say that you want www services to go to www.domain.co.il. Lets also say your
DNS is called ns.domain.co.il. Both of these machines must have separate IP
addresses! People should NOT be getting directed to your DNS if they request
www.domain.co.il..... If you want http://domain.co.il to ALSO go to the NT
box, you need to edit your dns table to contain an entry like:
(assume for this that www.domain.co.il is 127.0.0.1):
www.domain.co.il. A 127.0.0.1
domain.co.il. A 127.0.0.1
ns.domain.co.il. A 127.0.0.2
apparently, you have domain.co.il. pointed to www....

You dont need to do this really since you have a dns problem to resolve...
But it is possible:
in your apache config edit srm.conf to contain the line:
Redirect / http://www.domain.co.il
