Is it poosible two mix Authentication by Username/Password and
IP-Address/Hostname.
I need free access for the users of one specific domain. All other users
should identify them by ID/password.

Thanks,

1. Apache: access control via ip address

I am looking for a way to control access to an apache httpd server that will
allow for the following:

deny from all
allow from 199.1
allow from 199.2
deny from 199.1.10
deny from 199.2.20

Basically, in order to keep my .htaccess file to a reasonable length I would
like to grant access to XXX.YYY and then selectively deny access to various
subnets within XXX.YYY.

Thanks,

Mark
