My company is evaluating different options in running Apache on Solaris 2.6.
I've found several options for SSL support, with Apache SSL and Raven are
the current contenders. Can someone tell me the difference (other than
cost. Cost is not an issue)?

i think mod_ssl is better dont know if it works on solaris though

I've had the best luck with mod_ssl. Apache SSL doesn't seem as
actively maintained and is harder to configure. Raven I think is a
packaged server using Apache SSL (I forget exactly), and I didn't like
the license agreement. You could also look at Stronghold (www.c2.net)
which is based on an older SSL integration called Sioux, but has been
moving toward mod_ssl.
