Hi,
I have solaris 7 running on a sparc with apache 1.3.12 and openssl
0.9.5a.  Im trying to run FixPatch so that i can put apache+ssl on.
Apache+SSl is in Apache 1.3.12's root directory.  When I
type ./FixPatch I get the following:

Your version of patch is out-of-date. You need patch 2.1 or 2.5.
-n Do you want me to apply the fixed-up Apache-SSL patch for you?

I have patch 2.5 and I installed it and everything. I even made a path
to it in /etc/profile.
Does it matter that it is located in a different directory than apache?
How do I resolve this problem?
