what is the easiest and most efficient way to serve xml and xsl files as html?

1. XML/XSL, server transformNode (besides IIS)?
IE5 can accept separate XML and XSL entities and display the merged
result, and the IIS server has a facility to render these to
HTML on the servers side for browsers other than IE5. Are there
other servers (or modules for apache) that provide the server
side equivalent of IIS's transformNode/
