Can anyone tell me how to get the server-status mod to work with a
Virtual host setup. I uncomented the correct lines in the access.conf
and modified the allow from to include only my domain. When I try to go
to my domains web with www.domain.com/server-status(domain.com = my
doamin) it returns no url.

That's because the correct pseudo-URL is http://www.domain.com/status/.
Drop the "server-" and it'll work.

1. assesing initial server # from server-status ?

how do I assess my initial server # I should have ?

I 've used the default as:

====
MinSpareServers 5
MaxSpareServers 10

StartServers 5

MaxClients 150
====

looking at

/server-status

Server Version: Apache/1.3.12 (OS/2) PHP/3.0.16
Server Built: Feb 24 2000 10:56:59

Current Time: Wednesday, 14-Jun-2000 19:45:31 EST
Restart Time: Wednesday, 14-Jun-2000 10:30:35 EST
Parent Server Generation: 1
Server uptime: 9 hours 14 minutes 56 seconds
Total accesses: 3029 - Total Traffic: 8.2 MB
091 requests/sec - 257 B/second - 2831 B/request
1 requests currently being processed, 9 idle servers

followed by

SRV
0-1
sequentially through to
23-1
then
30-1

that means.... I've had up to 30 server..?

should I increase my initial numbers ? is there a good FAQ for that ?
