1. Apache error_log message: [Signaling Error: error already pending]

Here the underlying details...
Jserv version Solaris_JDK_1.2.2._06, native threads, sunwjit
Apache version 1.3.12
Solaris 2.7
Oracle 8.1.6 backend

In the apache error_log we continuously (thousands of times) get the message
[Signaling Error: error already pending].... I do not know if this second
piece is related however, I'll add it in, About twice a day the jserv loses
connection with the Oracle DB and can no longer authenticate users. I have
searched high and low on the net for an answer with no luck what so ever,
any insights, would be greatly appreciated..
