Help me configure mime.types

I'm trying to add two unique mime types to the server here.

Basics: Sparc 20, SunOS 4.1.3 with Netscape Commerce Server.

I want to add the ability to serve Vivo videos and Real Audio/Video.
Per the request of both Vivo and Real, I've added the following to
the mime.types file:

type=audio/x-pn-realaudio       exts=ra,rm,ram
type=audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin        exts=rpm

type=video/vnd.vivo     exts=viv,vivo

These just don't seem to work at all.  I've restarted the web server and even
restarted the server itself.  When I click on a link to either a real video or
real audio, my netscape (4.04, windows nt) just downloads the entire
video/audio and THEN opens the RealPlayer to view the content.  That really
defeats the purpose of having streaming video.

The vivo doesn't work at all.  Netscape just returns the request to download
the plug-in.

Any ideas on how I can correct this?  The FAQ at www.vivo.com says to add the
necessary mime type to the end of the file.  I think I did this once before
and it didn't work.  Is it really necessary to add the line to the *end* of
the mime.types file?  I've thrown it in with all the other relevant video /
audio references.

Thanks in advance.
