Hi List,
Can someone advise on whether apache-SSL, when installed on a *nix
machine, will allow clients to log onto the *nix boxes in a secure
manner.
I've given Open-SSL with putty clients a try, and it seems fine except
no-one seems interested in deploying/using it. Using it that is , as an
alternative to telnet, for text based vi-sessions and unencrypted X-
sessions.
I was wondering though, if these faint-hearted peeps might be more
enthused by a SSL web-based session.
The only problem is I don't have an idea on how to do this.
Anyone?
TIA
Tony
