Apache - Customized Error Messages

Apache - Customized Error Messages

Is there anyway to specify a seperate Cusomized Error Message
based on the Virtual Host for Apache?

For example, if one of our Virtual Domains displays
        error.html on a 500 server error
then that error page should not be displayed for all the other
virtual domains served by the server.

Thanks,

Lou

Yes. Put the ErrorDocument spec in the VirtualHost spec area.  You
need a relatively recent version of Apache to do this.  Current
version is 0.8.14.

1. Customizing apache error messages

I have customized my error messages in Apache and that work out fine.
BUT is it possible to have more than say one 404 error message.

Example: I have customized a global 404 not found error message for
all webpages on my webserver. I would like to have an additional  404
error message specialy written  for a few webpages on my webserver.
