Unix mail

Post by Netm.. » Fri, 01 Nov 1996 04:00:00

I am new to unix.  I need a way to compose mail and save it to a file,
and then use a program to mail all the messages at once.  I am
somewhat familiar with elm, pine, mail, and fastmail.

Thanks in advance
Bill

We all know that dragons don't exist. But if you look carefully at the
problem you will see there are in fact three distinct types of dragons,
the mythical, the hypothetical, and the chimerical. Each doesn't exist,
but each doesn't exist in different way.

o create the file, using vi or any text editor.
o execute the following cmd from unix prompt:

$ mail user1 user2 user3 ... < your_file

or

$ mailx ... < your_file

BTW, you're not trying to send "make money fast" mail, r u? ;)
