I've got c-shell and bourne shell manuals, is there such a thing
for the z-shell? (I'm looking for more than just the zsh FAQ)

carlo.phys.uva.nl:/pub/bas/zsh/zsh-2.4doc.tar.gz

Has a bunch of files, I seem to remember a tutorial, and some postscript files.
Also in the source (maybe the above file also) you can find the manfile, and
a help file for every single command, one file per group of alike command.

Hope this helps...

1. ZSH oddity: solutions or causes known?

Hello Linux Lovers,

I'm wondering if any more knowledgeable person than I can explain
or cure the strange behaviour of Slackware's (and possibly other's)
ZSH when I ask it to watch for all tty login/outs.

Basically I get spurious entries with blank fields for all
of the variables - for example, if a normal watch line reads like this:

djordan logged on ttyp3 from alf2 at 16:49

then I will get

  logged on   from    at  .

But /really/ odd thing is that I get correct behaviour
for all logins/outs, it's just that these extra lines
of blank people are inserted before and after any "log"
command that I type. Also, sometimes they occur on their own (which is
  pretty annoying).

So - can anyone help me out here?

  N.
