hi there
I have a small (actually big prob) problem whith shell
access. I am running a FreeBSD 4.2 and I whish to make chroot-ed
shell access for some of my users. By chroot I mean like
chroot in ftp access where user can see only hes homedir
and nothing else. Ordinary shell users can
wonder around in the whole system which is not desired.
So, I have read the masnuals, searched the net and nothing.
Closest hit was ssh.com which had a menition in manual about
ssh-chrootmgr but that was it.
The users should be able only to use vi,
mysql (to set up databases bla-bla), and something
else I but into users /bin. Any ideas?
The idea is that the user should never be able
to copile anything, use alternate shell etc-etc.
