From the manual:
7 = Drive Error 1 Drive on Port, Availability maintained
9 = DFHS=S2F (2GB) - on Model 7137-413 or 513
= or DFHS-S4F (4Gb) - on Model 7137-414 or 514
5 = Drive Location (Slot 5)
x = Error Qualifier (Type)
Also from the manual:
7tpx .. indicate that the failure occurred with device parity
protection turned on and a single drive on the port.
Availability has been maintained..
x= 0 - Device error reported by this drive (Drive Assembly)
7 - Comms failure - unable to establish communications,
No response from drive, disk drive IS present and
Drive regulator card are good.
Perform recovery procedure on page 3-28 (URC ktp7)
Data protection is enabled.
Remove Drive & Inspect connector pins on backplane.
If pins are bent, replace backplane.
If not, reinsert drive and reset it
If this fails, get the error code from the 7137
If still 7957, replace drive regulator card. Reset
If still failing, try replacing the drive...

They are all in the manual as above. You need to start a drive
replacement procdure on the drive for the data to be rebuilt.
For this, you need a manual for the codes concerned and how to
start the procedure. It has to be done at the 7137 keypad.
