Description: We are seeking software developers at all skill levels. Our
software is written in Metropolis, a fourth generation development language, and
runs on an IBM RS6000, under an AIX operating system platform. Experience with
UNIX, Basic, accounting and inventory control methodologies a plus.

Position:       Software Trainer        Date:   03/17/99

Description: Our Trainers travel across the country to client sites to instruct
their users in the proper use of our integrated fulfillment software
applications (accounting modules are included).

We also conduct client training sessions at our corporate facility in Englewood,
Colorado.

Trainers are also expected to instruct in-house staff on how our software
functions and flows from one module to another.  Travel time for this position
can reach up to 50%.

Position:       Hardware Technician     Date:   03/17/99

Description: The qualified individual will be responsible for configuring,
installing, and supporting RS6000 RISC based servers in a TCP/IP environment.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, industry experience in UNIX
preferably AIX and self-motivation.  Good problem solving skills, a strong
background in storage and communication peripherals, a Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Science or related field experience are very desirable.
Travel at least initially will be required.

Position:       Marketing Administrator Date:   03/17/99

Description:    The ideal candidate will display a strong desire to learn and
work closely with a small team of marketing and sales professionals.
Responsibilities include maintaining the prospect database, coordinating the
company newsletter, and distributing marketing collateral.  Will also assist in
the preparation of trade shows and special events, research and reporting.

Position:       Inside Sales Rep        Date:   03/17/99

Description:    This entry level Inside Sales Representative's responsibilities
will include preparing quotation, following-up customer orders and supporting
sales.  A BS degree in marketing, business administration or communications is
required.  Also necessary are excellent phone and communication skills, the
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and PC and related software
skills including Microsoft suite.  Compensation includes salary and commission.
