When i execute a programm cobol on a aix 4.3.3,
i have this message : "Due to misuse, a reboot is required"

The MF Cobol license manager shared memory segments have been corrupted.
Either tidy them up or bounce the box.

This is an irritating feature of mflm_manager from time to time. Micro
Focus will help with tools to help identify the source of the shm
segment corruption if you raise a support request with them.

What version of CoBOL is it by the way? I've only ever had this problem
on Server Express, never with OCDS versions of the license manager.

Hello,

What happens if you leave it.. does the machine become unstable/crash?

The only problems I can find with this error are MicroFocus related problems.
Speak to the cobol developers about this
