It should be a fileset like any other software. smitty - install and update software

Put in the cd labeled ; Base Documentation CD.
Use smit and Install and Update from LATEST Available Software. Select
all or select what you think you will need.

To be a bit more specific, go to
http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/rs6k/techbrowse/. Check "AIX 4.2"
and search for "man page". Or
