Recommendation for a CD-R for a B50 running AIX 5.1???

I've read numerous posts regarding burning a bootable CDR for backup.
Up until now we've created bootable tapes for cloning.  What
'external' CD-R drive would you folks recommend that will function
properly with this system AND be bootable by 43P-140's using their
native CDROM drive?
