I've done three on S70's in the last six months.  Only gotcha is:
cluster manager detected dead node in about 20 seconds, started failover
in between 15-20 minutes.  Called IBM and received the message: That's
normal, we'll be working on a fix soon. I don't know if they've fixed it
yet.  E-mail me if you want specific instruction.
